New York, NY – SAAR, Renowned for bringing modern Indian cuisine to the heart of Times Square, proudly hosted an exclusive event to celebrate the launch of “The Kerala Kitchen: Recipes and Recollections from the Syrian Christians of South India,” written by acclaimed author Lathika George.
This book is forwarded by Abraham Verghese and lauded by culinary icon Madhur Jaffrey as “The Best of Kerala’s Fine Foods,” delves into the rich traditions and culinary heritage of Kerala.
The evening at the event was a cultural and culinary journey. Lathika George shared treasured recipes from the Syrian Christian community of South India, immersing guests in the history and flavors of Kerala.
