Sunil is a dedicated manager with over 30 years of experience operating and managing restaurants. Sunil is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and, above all, ensuring the quality of guests’ experiences at Saar. Sunil started his career in India at Taj group of hotels. Moving to the US in the year 1982. Since then he has worked with Bill Telepan at Telepan, and Rocco Dispirito at Union Pacific restaurant. He has also lead teams at Oceana, Junoon, Union Pacific & Jumeriah Essex House. He also was a part of Hemant’s earlier project at Tulsi. Sunil is known for his work ethic and great understanding of how to provide excellent service .
